(Obviously for a magic\/gambling demonstration.)  I kept playing around and here is another variation using second deals instead of an overhand shuffle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Start with the four aces on top and do two faro shuffles.  They can be any combination of in or out faros, you just have to keep track of how many indifferent cards end up on top.  For example, two in faros leave three cards on top of the upper most ace. Two out faros leave the top card an ace. An out followed by an in leaves one card, etc.  You can use my <a href=\"https:\/\/robertjwallace.com\/es\/faro\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/robertjwallace.com\/faro\/\">Faro Simulator<\/a> to see how this works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Now you need to end up with a total of five indifferent cards on top of the upper most ace. You can double cut the required cards from the bottom to the top, or do an overhand shuffle with an injog and cut, or even a Zarrow shuffle to add cards to the top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">X X X X X X A X X X A X X X A X X X A&#8230;.. where X&#8217;s are indifferent cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Start dealing, dealing four X cards and then a second deal to give you the first ace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Deal four X cards and the fifth card is your next ace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Deal three X cards, a second, then the next card is your next ace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Finally deal two X cards, then two seconds, and the next card is your final ace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">All told you only had to deal four seconds, and they came at different times.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I recently wrote about using two Faro shuffles and an overhand shuffle to stack four aces for a five handed game of poker.
