{"id":6079,"date":"2023-10-17T04:22:38","date_gmt":"2023-10-17T04:22:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/robertjwallace.com\/?p=6079"},"modified":"2023-10-17T04:27:10","modified_gmt":"2023-10-17T04:27:10","slug":"pick-up-stack-variation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/robertjwallace.com\/es\/pick-up-stack-variation\/","title":{"rendered":"Variaci\u00f3n de pila de recogida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aqu\u00ed hay una variaci\u00f3n de la pila de recogida que describ\u00ed en <a href=\"https:\/\/robertjwallace.com\/es\/pick-up-stack\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/robertjwallace.com\/pick-up-stack\/<\/a>Esta variante utiliza el barajado por encima de la mano para posicionar los ases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start with the four aces face up on the table.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holding the deck in the left hand, pick up the first ace and insert it into the middle of the deck with the right hand, taking a left little finger break above it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As your right fingers square up the deck they move to the right and lift up the cards above the break and begin an overhand shuffle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Run four cards onto the first ace, injog the next card and shuffle off.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With the right thumb lift up on the injogged card and take a left little finger break under the card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The right hand lifts the card above the break and goes down to pick up the next card under the block, side jogged to the left. Place the ace face up, side jogged to the right, onto the left hand cards and use the right hand block to flip the ace face down onto the left hand block.  Drop the right block onto the left taking a left little finger break above the ace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeat steps 3, 4, 5 and 6.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut half of the cards above the break to the table, then cut to the break dropping those cards on top of the cards on the table, and finish by dropping the remaining cards on top of those on the table.  At this point there is an Ace on top and an Ace five cards under that Ace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Swing cut half of the cards into the left hand.  The right hand goes down to pick up the next card under the block, side jogged to the left. Place the ace face up, side jogged to the right, onto the left hand cards and use the right hand block to flip the ace face down onto the left hand block.  Drop the right block onto the left taking a left little finger break above the ace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeat steps 3, 4, 5 and 6.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut the cards above the break to the table and complete the cut, bringing the stack to the top of the deck<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>At this point you can perform a false shuffle to &#8220;demonstrate&#8221; a single riffle shuffle stack.  One option is to, at step 10, is to not run four cards but to instead only run one card before injogging.  Then after the final cut you will only have one card above the first ace.
