This one has an additional feature that helps confuse the spectator.

As in the original setup, you need four piles of three cards, each pile adding up to the number 18, using only number cards from ace to nine. In addition you need two sevens and two fives. These are your prediction cards. With the four piles in a row in front of you add a seven to the first pile, the fives to the two middle piles and the remaining seven to the last pile. Note that you can take each pile and mix up the four cards at this point if you want your prediction cards to be more hidden. Pick up the piles in order from either direction. Then take some court cards and add them among the stack. Place the cards at the bottom of the deck.

Stack on the bottom of the deck.

In the image above you can see the four stack cards, 4D, 8D, 6C, and 7D with some court cards scattered among them. The 7D is part of the prediction set, and the 4, 8 and 6 add up to 18 which is the secret of how the trick works. Above them is the next set of four number cards, the AC, 8S, 9C, and 5S. The five is part of the prediction and the other three add up to 18.

So with the cards stacked like this you can write down the prediction 27555 and place it face down on the table. If you want you can false shuffle or false cut the deck. Turn the deck face up and spread the cards to remove four groups of four cards. Simple discard the court cards as you spread them and drop each group of four number cards to the table.

Removing the court cards and about to drop the first set of four number cards from the stack.

The four sets of four cards removed and on the table.

In the image above you can see the four prediction cards; 7, 5, 5, and 7. When they are satisfied, you can turn the top cards face up explaining that the cards form a four digit number, but the number shown depends on which view you take, the performers or the spectators.

Top card of each pile shown.

So in the image above, the number can be 4,168, or 3,614. Ask the spectator which point view they want to use. Because your prediction cards were symmetrical (7557) it doesn’t matter.

Have the spectator take out their phone and open the calculator app and enter the number in. Remove the top four cards and turn over the next four and have them (using the same point of view) add that number to the first.

Repeat this twice more and finish with the spectator getting the total number of the four additions, which will match your prediction: 27555. Remind the spectator that them shuffled each packet and choose the point of view to create each random four digit number.

Turn over your prediction to show that they match.

Here is the explanation of the principal involved: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AZRD5UkAm2Y.

Here is a link to the previous post “Predicción de cálculo mental“

Here is another variation of the trick.
